Thousands of boxing fans rushed to secure their place at the most anticipated fight of the year earlier this month. Although the frenzy may have died down since Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua tickets went on sale, excitement continues to build ahead of the December 11 showdown. With just over a month remaining before the event at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium, tickets are still widely available through several official channels.
Supporters can still purchase both general admission and VIP hospitality packages for the bout. Some tickets have even dropped in price since they first went on sale on October 9, with certain options now nearly £3,000 less expensive. These can be booked through Seat Unique, the event’s official hospitality partner, which offers a variety of seats ranging from the Principality Stadium’s upper tier to ringside.
All packages offered through Seat Unique are 100 per cent official. The platform also offers additional benefits including complimentary food and drink and entry to exclusive lounge areas within the venue.
Seat Unique has not formally announced any price reductions; however, a comparison of current prices against those at the point of sale reveals some are nearly £3,000 cheaper. The most budget-friendly tickets have remained unchanged since October 9, with ‘premium’ upper-tier seats still priced from £249 per person.
This also includes complimentary food and drink, including prosecco or a selected cocktail on arrival, plus access to a VIP area at The Botanist Restaurant and Bar near the stadium. The same perks are available with middle-tier seats from £399 or lower-tier seats from £549.
When tickets went on sale earlier this month, lower-tier seats started at £599, but the biggest price drop we’ve spotted is for more luxurious packages that include a three-course meal and drinks at The Ivy restaurant near the stadium. On launch day, Seat Unique’s Front 15 Rows – Inner Ringside package was listed at £7,995.
Fans can now secure a seat in the front 15 rows from £4,999, a saving of £2,996 on the original asking price. A limited number of Front Row – Inner Ringside tickets are also available at £17,995, offering a ringside seat in Block D, Row A.
Alongside some of the finest views in the arena, each Front Row package includes a VIP chauffeur service to transport fans to the bout, as well as a complimentary three-course menu and drinks. An ‘exclusive gift’, a VIP commemorative lanyard, and a commemorative ticket are also included at no additional charge.
Seat Unique offers a range of VIP and hospitality packages for Fury vs Joshua on December 11.
Those purchasing tickets for groups may wish to consider a Private Box that accommodates 12-16 guests, priced from £3,199 per person. Seat Unique has also scrapped all extra booking fees, offering customers an additional reduction in the overall ticket price.
However, visitors must be 18 years of age or older to enter the hospitality zones included in these packages.
